As a working student, you will support the Business Analysis team responsible for our 24/7 Gas Trading product and gain valuable insights into energy trading, product management, and software development. Collaboration with experienced colleagues across several European locations offers a unique opportunity to work in an international business and technology environment.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing product documentation and knowledge bases, as well as supporting the preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and training sessions. In addition, support is provided in creating presentations, reports, and management materials, while contributing to onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities within the team. Exposure to business analysis topics includes assisting with requirements documentation, process modelling, and testing. The position is further enriched by involvement in initiatives aimed at improving team collaboration, modernizing trading systems, and optimizing business processes. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to become better. We call it: the exchange mindset.
