Your responsibility:

  • Research in Measurement-Based Quantum Computation (MBQC).
  • Exploration of variational algorithms and optimization.
  • Development of quantum software for compiling and pattern optimization.
  • Intensive collaboration with experimental groups and industry.
  • Organization of outreach activities, such as workshops and public events.
  • Support with teaching and administrative tasks
  • Teaching tasks

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in the field of computer science or physics
  • The ability to teach in German and/or in English is required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills
  • Extensive Knowledge of Quantum Computing and Benchmarking
  • Experience in Python
  • Knowledge of LaTeX
  • Desired knowledge of Measurement-Based Quantum Computation and compiling
  • Desirable experience with Quantum software tools
  • Willingness to travel abroad for workshops and conferences is desired
  • Teamwork is desired
