The Collaborative Research Center Foundations of Workflows for Large-Scale Scientific Data Analysis (FONDA) develops new methods and Data Analysis Workflows to support scientists, who work with infrastructures to analyze very large datasets. Within FONDA the “Language and Communication in Biological and Artificial Systems” group of Prof. Fatma Deniz at TU Berlin will address the problem of effective exchange and reuse of parts of workflows in the domain of cognitive neuroscience and functional neuroimaging. The overall goal of this project to facilitate scientific reproducibility.
