As regulated exchange and clearing house, EEX and ECC are built on efficient and robust internal rules and processes – from business operations and customer care to IT and corporate functions. To this end, our team at Process & Policy Management provides frameworks, solutions, and internal services to ensure the process foundation of our company is well-grounded and continuously improved.
Your tasks:
As a working student (f/m/d) supporting the Policy Management function, you will be instrumental in ensuring our processes remain compliant. Your primary responsibility will be to transfer “Written Rule” content into a newly updated template, ensuring meticulous alignment between the old and new versions so that all relevant subject matter is accurately captured. In addition, you will support the team with further tasks such as conducting content checks of documents and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. Through this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Policy Management function. You will also develop the ability to effectively distinguish between different types of Written Rules Documents and learn how they are applied within the organization.
