(Senior) Analyst (f/m/d) Group Strategy

Working field:

The Group Strategy team supports the management board in setting the strategic direction for the EEX Group.
In your role, you support the team in this shared task in devising strategic targets, proposing short-term priorities and in tracking our strategy implementation. On top of that, you take an active role in communicating strategic developments and achievements to both the management board as well as EEX Group colleagues. Furthermore, the shared tasks of the strategy team comprise the monitoring of the competitive environment, the analysis of regulatory key developments, the support of EEX Group’s Sustainability Committee and the strategic pricing of EEX AG. Lastly, as part of your role, you aggregate and structure internal business information and create crisp reports on important developments for the management boards of EEX AG and various committees.

Requirements:

  • A master’s degree in economics, engineering or equivalent education. An additional qualification in change management or business transformation is a plus
  • Working experience in energy or finance is a plus, but we welcome top-class university graduates as well
  • An autonomous way of working and intrinsic motivation for the job
  • Analytical skills and rigorousness that allow you to thoroughly analyse, summarize and communicate complex topics
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
